What does Baka mean?

Baka means “idiot” in Japanese. Familiar, blunt and very easy to recognise.

Is this an anime t-shirt?

No. It uses a familiar Japanese expression, but the product is built as a premium streetwear t-shirt with a custom fit and Made in Italy construction.
